in Texas stadium this monday! I just received a phone call from my kick *** sister in Dallas, and she and her husband scored 4 tickets to monday night's game. 45 yard line. Stoked.

Congrats man! I'll be there as well. Get a blue parking pass if you can, public parking is 10 miles from the stadium. I would suggest you go eat @ Humperdinks http://local.yahoo.com/info-18716742-humperdinks-rest-brewery-dallas .
They have a free shuttle service to Texas Stadium for paying patrons. Get dropped off and picked-up @ the front door! (plus they have damn good beer and women!)

So the Econo Lodge Inn, DIRECTLY across 183, or the Budget Inn Suites 1/2 block E, where a lot of people try to park BTW, or the Days Inn less than 3/4 of a mile E of that are what? (tabs D, F & E in my referenced google map)

nothing you can walk to for food. Its surrounded by highways sure but those highways have car dealers and gas stations everywhere you look.

It's almost laughable how doggedly you stick to your statements, even when they're so blatantly wrong.

Do a google search for restaurants near Texas Stadium, you'll come up looking rather foolish.

We have a Blue Lot pass, and we're coming 635W to Texas Stadium, and was wondering if anyone could provide a foolproof set of directions so I'm not wasting any time after picking up my nephews from football practice. Drove by earlier, but there were several roads that looked like they were being blocked off.

Its my opinion. Stadiums in every city built in the era that texas stadium was all are in the middle of areas just like this.

Yes I am wrong. Poll people who go to the stadium if they think it is right in the heart of everything. How many people can those motels hold? Most people like to stay in the city and alot of people like to stay at the marriot where the team stays.

The ratio of restaurants/hotels to Texas Stadium and fans is certainly a very important issue that you're very passionate about. Maybe there is a Zagat's forum where you can make a huge stink about this very important issue.

Congrats! I personally like sitting on the couch better to watch the game though. We went to the Philly/Dallas game last december, granted the game sucked horribly, people stood up the whole time and I could barely see. Sucks being short!
