Been there. Done that.

99% of the tards in Phili are all talk. You will definitely get "talked" at....I'd still know how to defend yourself just in case. The 1% is real too.

This is probably true.

Or at least travel with someone with a travel phone that you can stream some video up to Youtube.
I was gonna say travel with someone much, much bigger than you...but this one works too :laugh2:

Just make sure to bring an asp with you.

And pepper spray.

And grenades...

If you do, then have a travel partner walk behind and video tape it! They earn their rep up in that area. A few classy folks sprinkled in the midst of a bunch of mindless morons.

Don't bring your Romo jersey!

Ask them who Terence Newman is and see what they say.

How did Jackson and Reid like that Hat Trick TNEW put on Jackson?

Tell them # 41 has some more for him next year.

It's not that bad. I reside in Philadelphia, and even though most of the fans are toxic waste, some of them actually have class (if you can imagine that).

It really depends upon how you carry yourself. I have a co-worker who is a die-hard Cowboys fan, and he will wear his jersey ANYWHERE in Philadelphia. He pretty much has an "I don't give a damn attitude," and he will not allow an Eagles fan (or fans) to punk him, even if he is alone. Just be cool, confident, and ignore the bull that you might hear from some Eagles fan. Remember, they lost to the Cowboys three games in a row, so they have no leg to stand upon.

Now if you planned to wear a Cowboys jersey to a game, then I might say a prayer for you. If people think the fans are bad in public, they are even worse in the stadium.

I don't see why not. It's the offseason so tempers will be down. You'll probably receive a lot of good-natured flak though. Of course you'll run into 1 or 2 idiots who always feel the need to pump up their chests who will see an opportunity to do so when they catch a Cowboy jersey.

If you know how to fight, or are a big dude then your fine.

I've heard some bad **** that goes on there though. You better be prepared.

count me in with the "not worth it" camp. I'm not a man, so I don't have to worry about what a "real" man would do. But on the other hand, a "real" man has nothing to prove, right?

It's not worth it!
