Golden Tate on Cowboys' Defense

Just had an interesting conversation with Lions WR Golden Tate about the Dallas defense. Tate told me the Cowboys are "a very, very good team, but are they all-world? Not so much." When I asked him to clarify, Tate again called the Cowboys "a really, really good team" but said "I think they have some flaws." I don't think it was Tate's intention to create bulletin board material, but he may have.

I am sorry but if anyone gets upset by this it probably means you have never played a sport or at the very least weren't a competitive person. You respect your opponents but if it comes right down to it you better believe that you can do some damage otherwise you really have no business being on the field.

If it came from anybody else, yeah. But this guy needs to be smashed in the mouth. He could say he loves the Cowboys and we'd still wanna see Lee or Church or Wilcox or Heath or anybody upend him. Hard.
