Is rapidly rising up my Delta Bravo list. In the span of two weeks he has gone from a nobody on my nfl radar to complete hole.
You stole one little man tate last night. Shut up and walk away. Dont insult us by acting like u werent the recipient of pure incompetence
Add in how you acted after your hit on Lee and u are at the top of the ****** bag list
Common karma

Who cares I still love the hit he put on Lee

I think he should be forced to legally change his name to "Golden Taint"

He's becoming a star right before our eyes...I'm very impressed. What do you people expect him to say about the touchdown? I think 95% of NFL players would've said the same thing...no one is going to admit that it was a bad call and the other team got screwed at your expense.

In fact, the smart thing for the Seahawks to do would be to play along and let the NFL hear what they want to hear instead of trying to stir up more controversy by saying "Yeah it was an awful call...we shouldn't have won!"

I'm in the "I don't like Tate" camp based on recent events. Two weeks in a row, now, he's risen to new heights in popularity, especially with the Seahawks fans, for all the wrong reasons.

Q. What should he have said when interviewed?
A. Golden Tate's choice, of course, but just be honest is all I would ask... humble, at least. Could've answered, "I don't know, I fought hard for the ball and was fortunate enough to come down with it and get the touchdown. I'm happy the refs saw it that way." Something more along those lines. Something other than taking credit for an outright, no-question-about-it catch, while avoiding the heart of the matter in what he was asked.

The patting himself on the back as a hero routine, which is how I took it, didn't fly with me. I don't see how there's any way GT can truly believe he caught the game winning TD pass against the Packers.

Thats becuz ur smarter than he is :D

He s the kinda guy who would get change back for a twenty when he gave a ten....not say anything to the cashier and then brag about it later

I think he's turning inn to a pretty good WR, i don't have a problem with the hit he put on Lee i don't think there was any bad intention behind it.

As for the TD call what was he supposed to do? say he didn't catch it and that they should have lost? Not his fault he seems to benefit from just about every blown call the last 2 weeks

If he wasn't going to say anything while being interviewed after the game then he shouldn't have even stopped to talk. He couldn't help himself because he's enjoyed every minute of the attention he's received this year.

His response was after he was asked specifically about the push off. It wasn't about whether it was a catch or not.

He could have said, "This is football, it is physical and you do what you can to catch the ball".

He could have said, "Sometimes things just go your way and sometimes they don't. This one went our way".

He could have said all kinds of things that come across better than his response of "I don't know what you're talking about".

The guy has 5 catches for 82 yards and a TD on the season.

He's a nobody with a big mouth.. that's all.

He sounded like a doofus. He could not possibly believe he made a TD there but he would never admit it.

Oh man,

It is going to be fun watching the Seahawks and tate come back down to reality..

Tate acknowledged he committed offensive pass interference by shoving Green Bay's Sam Shields, but he says the suggestion that he planned to cheat is wrong.

"I can't control what other people say or do," Tate said. "I personally felt like I had the ball at that time, and looking back just off of what I remember, I felt like I had the ball in my hands. We both competed for the ball, and the call ended up going our way and won the game. We're 2-1 now, time to move forward. The Rams (Sunday's opponents) are the most important thing right now."

I still love how my child got the crap beaten out of him.

I love how my wife got humiliated in public.

I love how my friend failed horribly in a critical moment.

I love how my dog got struck by lightning.
