With Ellis gone = a good part of what pass rush we have went with him.
BP is gonna have to get very creative to put the pressure on. Hopefully we can get some production from Carp and company.

I really am sad to see Ellis gone for the season.

I did notice something the past two games however. It appears that opposing teams have tried to consistantly exploit his lack of speed by throwing those naked screens on Ellis's side and unfortunatly he just isn't fast enough.

He is invaluable as a pass rusher and a critical playmaker. We have some great linebackers (or can be great) this year and I think it is time for a gut check and soul searching to step up and become a fearsome force on the outside.

I think to the commercial that Tiki Barber is in now saying that sometimes you only have one oppurtunity and when it comes you have to make the most of it.
