Gonna miss Keith Davis

Its only the first pre-season game and its likely they were working on different combos in punt coverage, but Keith Killa Davis will be sorely missed on ST. GUARANTEED.

Yeah, the coverage units were blah last year, but they were particulaly abysmal against the Rams and Bills last year when Davis sat out with injury I think.

That's what I'm hoping for..... We weren't that great at Punt-Coverage last year, it used to seem like if Davis didn't make the tackle, then it would be a long return... Now without our (by far) best coverage-guy, I fear we're in big trouble here..... Hopefully they'll be able to pull it together as the season goes forward...

no doubt we will miss him, but he made his share of mistakes too.

He is the guy who missed the tackle on McQuarters in the playoff game. he would have stopped him for no gain but he whiffed.

Nobody is perfect and there were plenty of mistakes to go around in that game. Keith "target practice" Davis was a special ST player and we will miss him and his fire and passion greatly. Hopefully someone will step up and fill the void.
