Bad: It sucks that they didn't tell us ahead of time that they would not show anything.

Good: McCarthy in charge. This is not a Jerry type move. He has always tended to show too much with regards to giving things away to other teams.

I live in Jersey and yesterday the Giants had their Blue/White game. It was horribly produced and panned by all NY fans.

They also complained about not showing anything. And that maybe Judge didn't want to show anything to the rest of the league.

If these teams are keeping their cards close to the vest, good for them. That's what I would do.

why was this even considered a watchable event or seen as needing 3 announcers that would do nothing but sit around and trade old war stories. they didnt even discuss the activity on the field

good..my internet connection worked
bad..wasted 20 minutes until I could figure out what was going on and close the site

True, that was very much unlike what Jerry would want done. Jerry would’ve made it as close to a reg game as possible.

As boring as it was for fans, I’m glad that McCarthy kept everything under wraps. I’m certainly not going to complain over and over about it.

Just two more weeks and the we really will get to see everything. I can’t wait.

That is the only positive.

No question the football guys are running this team:

They got paid for advertisements. This was sponsored by American Airlines tonight. Interesting how AA has money for this.

Airlines use creative accounting techniques. Southwest is the only one that has ever shown a profit for the last 20 years.

Fans should complain to their TV networks and demand their monthly money back. We aren't paying for this crap. Put heat on the networks. The networks will then put heat on the teams.

Interest off a reserve account earmarked for marketing. Most large companies have them, approved by the board and shareholders for a sole purpose.

Gotta hand it to the commercialization wizards that came up with this. Nice job of finding new ways to sell stuff.
Really thought it would be something special; but, we can catch all they were talking about in just about every other venue around.
Fool me once, shame on you.
