So is Jerry putting in a grass field in the new stadium?

I think it is some kind of combination of real grass and artificial but I'm not sure.

hopefully is the same thing from texas stadium. i personally hate when midfield logos looks like crap. wth?

Kind of sad and exciting all at once. It's so crazy to see the star being taken out of Texas Stadium. But I can't wait to see the new stadium.

If I were Jerry, I'd call up George Teague and ask him where he'd like to have the star shipped to. Granted, there may be more historically significant things associated with the star, but in my book, I was never so proud of a Cowboys player than I was of George Teague when he defended the star that day. That alone elevated him into my top 10 favorite Cowboys players.

I love that the last game will forever be linked with that Ravens debacle, whenever they mention the last game at Texas Stadium, it will shortly be followed by a 33 - 24 spanking at the hands of the Ravens. At least they won't explain how we lost, that'd be even worse.

Its those two long tds runs thats so embarrassing...

That, and Texas Stadium was officially closed with fans booing the team off the field.

I still cant believe the coach has kept his job after that and the Philly game a week later.

I agree with you. Send it to Teague for what he did to T.O. after his antics.
I'm not one of the "Cut T.O." guys here, but i will never forgive what he did that day.

I could have sworn that they were going to take the field out of Texas Stadium and move it to the new one. It's already broken in and everything.

I thought some of the purists who like history would have enjoyed it.

No, it's going to the new stadium. It's going to be displayed in the "Dallas Cowboys Hall of Fame" scheduled to be part of the fan entertainment complex there.

No, it was sold at auction for some ridiculous amount.
