He will probably be traded soon. Maybe not today but soon. We just overloaded at his position.

Writing is on the wall for sure.

I am sure he is going crazy about now. Can't wait to hear him start complaining to the media

Look at our LBers.

Heading into the draft.... Ware, Ellis, Spencer, Octavien, Rogers, James, Brooking, and Carpenter.

Wow. Outside of Ware and James, not much. Ellis nearing the end of his career, too.

I wouldn't say bye to Greg Ellis just yet. These guys aren't sure things. Hell Spencer isn't a sure thing himself. As far as trading him why would anyone trade for him when they can just sign him once the 'Boys cut him? With Ellis, he has what? 1 or 2 years left? He may end his career as a Cowboy. Wouldn't shock me. These guys aren't ready to contribute. We don't even know if they'll make the team. See Skylar Green.

Let's hope Barbie will be the one leaving. Ellis can still play.

So far, everyone they drafted are raw. I doubt Ellis is leaving just yet. Well, unless it's a money move.

Please, Ellis has Jerry so wrapped around his little finger it isnt even funny. All he has to do is continue moping and sulking and Jerry will throw some more guaranteed money his way come August.

Ellis is probably knocking on the war room door right now with this look on his face

Hopefully, but I'm not so sure.

Brandon Williams is the only guy we've drafted that I see translating to OLB....giving us 5 at the position. It makes Ellis expendable, but it could just churn the bottom of the roster.

Well because when you cut him then everyone is a suitor. If you trade for him, you are the only one.

Isn't Ellis making 6mill or more this year....a very good reason to move him out.

We'll know more by the end of August but right now that wouldn't surprise me at all.

Whats with you people who like to keep mentioning Skylar Green?
How long have you been waiting to talk about him?
We still have a few more picks left. So you will get the chance to mention Skylar Green again.......hang tight.

With you people? Didn't know Skylar Green was a famous name on this board. I brought him up to prove that drafting a "need" isn't always the best route to take. And just because you're drafted in the 4th round doesn't mean you'll make the team. Didn't know we had Skylar Green fanboys on this board. My condolences.

Very happy with both hybrid picks and Jason Williams.

Ellis isn't even close to being worth $ 6.25 million bucks, not even close.
