So this thread has a few replies but the other one about attendance that was negative seems to have pages of people floating lol. I guess it’s tough for people to show up who have to actually work week days lol

Right, and this has a positive spin to it. So it will not get much attention.
They will all huddle in the woodwork, to come up with something.

Good to see both Mingo and Blue looking good....so far. I hope they have a good year!!
And also, like someone said in another thread, the crowds were smaller initially because it was a weekday. As expected, more showed up for the weekend as it didn't interfere with work.

Both things can be true. Attendance was down last year and was not high earlier this week. It was good Saturday. Both things are true.

Attendance is what it is. Yesterday it was good. Earlier it wasn’t. I’m not trying to be “negative” or “positive”. In this case Both things are true and as is often the case in life, not everything is black and white, yes or no, or an all or nothing thing.

If someone is happy that attendance is good at TC, and that Cowboys fans are showing enthusiasm, great. If someone says attendance is down and may reflect Cowboys fans being tired of the Jones regime, what’s wrong with that?

Both things can be and are true. And both groups can be “real” Cowboys fans.

So many people gravitate toward bad news and drama. Put out a good news article and a bad news article on any platform. End of day the bad news has a million views and the good news one is lucky to have 100 views. Sadly there's a large segment of the population that enjoys watching people fail. Instead of helping people everyone just pulls out their phones.

Tough to tell for sure given the camera angle doesn't show us the full route from Blue, however it almost looks like the pass is fine and its Blue that misreads the throw and cuts his route too short. 10/10 recovery from Blue though that is going to minimize some of those rookie growing pains if he can have that type of catch radius with any consistency.

The more I watch the play it actually looks like a fantastic throw by Milton...He has to get it around the defender so any shorter a throw and thats a possible INT...especially if the defender in coverage isnt a backup DE.

Am I a bad fan because the only thing that matters to me is how they perform on the field when games matter? Sheesh....

Thank you for pointing out a HUGE problem.....not just here but in ...er....many aspects of life.

We have to shove things in either one bucket or the other. Then we have to stomp in that other bucket...we'll show THEM.

I appreciate fans came out this weekend...but attendance has still been mostly down...and this was a "gotcha opportunity thread" for some weird reason. There's no "gotcha" and why feel the need to try? Far too much of it already.

Absolutely. A lot of the "haters" get labeled as non fans, but in reality some of these are simply people who are extremely passionate and tired of the auto buy in year after year to get let down. We certainly have some trolls around here as well in that group, but overall we can be too quick to judge people. Be optimistic, be pessimistic, doesnt matter. 99% of us on this board are on the same side.

Attendance has been down more from the development in the area, as opposed to lack of interest.
Sure there is that also, fans are very disappointed.

However, how many fans that used to pay, walk a short distance tan see practice.
Now they wait in traffic for a very long time, then need to walk a mile or 2 to the practice field.
That in itself will keep many from attending.

I think you and others admitted there was lower attendance but it was something like 'parking" and "shade". Now you seem to be saying those aren't really excuses after all?

perhaps for some on here, but when you attack my posts for being negative because I share my thoughts? If you want to make a general comment, then of course do, so....however, when you make a generalized statement about individuals on here and feel it's a forum rule to only post positives? Am I wrong? Heck, I just made a positive Dak cooment, weeeee! Did you comment on that for being positive? Add a section to the board called Good Vibes Only, and allow 30 years of disgruntled Cowboys fans to avoid posting in there.....
