I'm hearing a lot of pessimism on here about our potential options at 19, and I just don't see it myself.

LVE, Bryan, Daniels, Moore, Sutton, Hernandez - none of these guys are bad players, IMO. I like all of their chances of succeeding at the NFL level (well, Sutton's pretty dicey, but the potential is through the roof). Are some better than others, sure, do some fill bigger needs than others, sure, but I personally don't think any of them would be a dog of a pick. They'd all come in here and probably start on day one, and again, I bet you they'll all become good NFL starters.

To be honest, the only guys I'm seeing who would really make me mad would probably be Ridley (good player, but he's a slot IMO and going to be severely overdrafted) and Kolton Miller.

I think most of the trepidation you are seeing has more to do with maximizing value at the first round pick. I agree with most all of the guys you have there, but obviously some of them will be of more value than others to this particular team.

It's one of the toughest things in the evaluation...proven production vs potential?

A lot of fans don't feel the same about Payne, Davenport, Sutton, LVE etc bc their evals are based a lot on potential.

Sidenote - not sure why you see Ridley as a slot player, he's been feasting on SEC DB's on the outside since he's been at Bama,
