This mocking based on what I think and what I would do.
Prior to the draft, Colts decide they help their new DC and swing a trade with Dallas for David Irving DT, Cole Beasley WR, Jeff Heath FS, and James Hanna TE along with Dallas surprisingly throwing in Chad Green for #36 and #37.
Dallas decides not to trade up for a multitude of reasons but does decide to trade down with a nice offer from Atlanta, receiving #26 and #58 for #19. Atlanta wanted Ridley bad enough and Dallas deciding early to hang on to Dez for one more year will look for a WR later in the draft.
With Titans on the clock looking to trade down, Dallas offers #50 and #57 for #25.
#25 Taven Bryan DT Florida - a true 3 tech that will be a beast of a player, great upside and for Dallas the highest rated SPARQ guy on the Dline, just what they like.
#26 Leighton Vander Esch OLB/ILB Boise State - can play inside or outside, great coverage guy, instinct type player that diagnoses play very well, will start at SAM this year and be Lee's eventual replacement. Another highly rated SPARQ player.
#36 Jamarco Jones OT Ohio State - after the run in the 1st round on OT, Dallas decides it cannot wait to replace the traded Green and takes an OT with upside and could develop into a good swing or right tackle.
#67 With Seattle still looking to trade Earl Thomas FS, Dallas offers #67 plus 4th in 2019 that could become a 3rd. Welcome Earl Thomas our new FS.
#81 Equanimeous St. Brown WR Notre Dame - has great upside, tall, good speed, good hands, has ability to become the #1 target and should be a great red zone target for Dak.
#116 DeShon Elliott SS Texas - a box safety that will terrify runner, a true hitter and a high SPARQ guy for Dallas
#137 Larry Allen, Jr. OG Harvard - flying under the radar and no one on the Dallas staff will answer questions about him as in is he a viable pick, was great at Harvard and could easily played at big time program, believe this is a surprise pick on Dallas part and believe he will become the starting LG
Dallas trades #171, #208 to Cleveland for #150.
#150 Dalton Schultz TE Stanford - a Witten clone and great blocker who should become the #1 or #2 TE in one year when Witten retires
#192 Fred Warner OLB BYU - a good special team player and good backup LB
#193 Traded to Cincinnati for a 5th in 2019
#236 Kendrick Norton DT Miami - good 1tech, does great against the run and double teams, not much of a pass rusher, very strong
UDFA:
Kyle Hicks RB TCU
Maurice Fountain WR Northern Iowa
Brandon Facyson CB Virginia Tech
QB - Prescott, Rush
RB - Elliott, Smith, Hicks
FB - Olawale
TE - Witten, Gathers, Jarwin, Schultz
WR - Bryant, Hurns, Thompson, Switzer, Brown, St. Brown
OL - Smith, Allen, Frederick, Martin, Collins, Fleming, Looney, Martin, Jones
DT - Collins, Bryan, Norton, Price, Crawford
DE - Lawrence, Charlton, Tapper, Jones, Gregory
LB - Lee, Smith, Wilson, Vander Esch, Thomas, Warner
CB - Awuzie, Lewis, Brown, Jones, Facyson
S - Thomas, Elliott, Woods, Frazier
ST - Bailey, Jones, Ladouceur
