are you waning "in a box" type setup, or do you want to invest in the seperate componants so you can mix/match?

I just bought a set of Polk Audio Monitor 60s (front), CS1 (center), Monitor 30s (surround) with a psw10 (powered sub) and a Pioneer VSX-1016TXV (a/v receiver) and it kicks butt. The monitors are extremely crisp have excellent highs and mids and the sub provides all the bass I need. If you are into big bass you might want to jump to a psw12. I bought everything through Amazon.com for $1200. Its not a in box solution but its all you need except speaker wire.

There are many good systems out there.

My system is by Cambridge Soundworks (Link).

The company was started by legendary audio designer Henry Kloss about 10 years ago. They regularly score higher grades than systems costing three or four times as much.

The subwoofer on my system will literally vibrate drawers open all over my house.

They have many configurations in just about any price range. Excellent value for the money...

Give them a looksee...
