That is good stuff man. My father and mother in law live in N0 in English Turn. I will tell ya that I was down there about 2 months before Katrina, and had the best oysters of all time. Also, had some increadible BBQ shrimp! I would agree if you find them tailgating make friends! Pack a lunch tho cause that crowd can flat out consume some alcohol!

I know I'm prejudice, but I believe that Louisiana has the best food on the Planet. Just don't count the calories or cholesterol levels. Our alcohol toleration has reached an alarming level. If you really want to have a great tailgating experience, go to an LSU game at Tiger Stadium(aka Death Valley) in Baton Rouge on a Saturday night. Get there early. By 8:00AM us LSU fans (and Saints fans) are already enjoying liquid refreshments that are stiffer than Community Coffee.

Have been told that about LSU from many people. Would love to get down there for a game. Not too worried about calories just love good food! You definately have that covered! I will say though that I could never handle the humidity down there. It is almost funny how humid is is in NO.

There nothing like it anywhere. There are many teams in the SEC who know how to tailgate very well. But LSU fans made tailgating an art form. You'll see anything from Blackened Aligator & BBQ Shrimp to Couchon De Lait, Gumbo to Natchitoches Meatpies. It all depends on what part of Louisiana you are from.

Tailgating before Saints games is a bit different. We really don't have to set up anywhere to tailgate for Saints games because we have the French Quarter only blocks from the Superdome. There you can find world class Cajun/Creole restaurants, cocktails and Huge (rhymes with mass) Beer-To-Geaux. If you have never been to a Saints game in New Orleans I highly recommend it. Please come on down. Your money is too important.

History means NOTHING in cases like this.

How many players are even still on each team from the last few games?

You go ahead and hang onto that useless information, I'll be watching my Cowboys kick the crap out of the Aints on sunday.

I'm just telling you the facts. And the facts are that the Cowboys haven't beaten the Saints in over 10 years. Don't shoot the messenger.

***You saints fans obviously speak from experience, regarding butt kickings. We all know you've been on the wrong end of those for many many years.

With that said, you should be able to handle yours on sunday.***

Maybe so Rack. But not by the Cowboys.

You can count them. 5.... That's 5 Super Bowl rings - So excuse me if I'm not impressed by your NO winning against the Boys for 10 years, because when it counts, we WIN THE BIG ONE.

And if you can show me more than one measly victory in the playoffs, then you have room to speak, until then, back to the swamp you go!

Clove...you talk a big game. What will your tune be on Monday if the Saints win? Tell you what... I will make a bet with you. Since you are so sure the Cowboys will win, if the Saints do in fact win you change your avatar to a Saints Helmet and come back on this thread and eat some crow. If the Cowboys win I will come back here and eat mine. What do you say?

Café Du Monde is back in business and making Beignets and Café Au Lait 24/7. I use to live across the street from CDM on Rue St. Phillip. I never got tired of the aroma either. It helped cover up the smell of stale beer, urine and puke left over by the tourist the night before.

The last time the Cowboys beat the Saints was in 1994. We have two wins under Ditka and two wins under Hazlett against the Cowboys. And those were some pretty crappy Saints teams compared to the 2006 Saints. That's hardly what I would call getting out butts kicked.

Hey man, good luck to you too. Of course I want a cowboys win, but more importantly then that I want to see both teams come out of this thing with no major injuries. We gotta be healthy for the playoffs.

I agree 100 percent--no injuries PLEASE!

Sounds like your scared. If it won't happen, then what is the harm in making the bet?

I apologize if any of my Saints brethren have been rude to you guys in this forum. But as you all are well aware there is always going to be a few fans on both side who don't know how to disagree and still be civil. Personally I came here to talk about football. I have no regard for the current Cowboys owner but that doesn't mean I will make blanket statements about the entire team, city or your fans. I like Bill Parcells very much. He's a coach's coach. Sean Payton learned from the best. I'm not a fan of Terrell Owens either, but I think the Cowboys have very good football team and you will be tough to beat. But far from impossible. I expect a very close game this Sunday. I hope to see a great game between two very good teams. God forbid any major injuries. If you see any Saints fans tailgating before the game you might want to be nice to them.

Interesting, I'm not a fan of TO either. But I do hope he scores 3-4 TDs on Sunday.

I don't want either team to get injuries. I want Dallas to get the W but the Saints to be healthy going into the playoffs because I want the Saints to beat Chicago or Seattle for us.

I am a HUGE fan of Sean Payton. I have the utmost respect for what he's accomplished down there in NO. If BP leaves Dallas, I would love to steal him away from NO.

You probably woudn't honor the bet even if you do lose.

Way to be spineless....it was expected.
