Good news:

I will be at the game this sunday!

Bad news:

The last time the cowboys had a home playoff game (vs the Cards) was the last time they attempted to beat a division rival three times in one season.

They lost. And I was there (my first ever cowboys game).

PLEASE don't let history repeat itself!

I hope you have a flat tire on your way to the game. :laugh2:

Oh man, I remember that game so, so well.

The Cards were really pumped up for that game.

We just seemed so "flat", relatively speaking.

We were extremely flat that game.

I remember some moron Cards fan standing up in front of us holding a big sign. I finally got tired of it and yelled at him "Sit the 'F' down!". He did. Thankfully cuz I was extremely PO'd at the time and I was liable to break him.

Which is worse?

We were really flat, for some reason.

I REALLY hope that doesn't happen this game.

I don't think it should as we have a lot of young players who are probably really excited.

And Wade seems like the kind of guy who wears his emotions on his sleeve.

Don't do it bro! Do you hate the Cowboys, or what? Why are you going?

If you have to go... at least wear a porn 'stach.

Yeah, for that team the arrow was pointing down as they slowly decayed from the three time super bowl winner they once were. The Card playoff game was well to the right of the peak of that bell curve.

This team's arrow is pointing nearly straight up and we have yet to see the peak of this team's bell curve.

This team in 2007 is like that 90's dynasty was in 1991 or 1992... not at all liek they were when we played the Cards.

But I tell you what, this may be the BEST chance (if not the last chance) for some of our older veterans to get to the Super Bowl.

Guys like Flo and Ellis, for example.

These two guys have been on a lot of losing teams, and they have been through a lot of agony.

This is the best shot they have had in their approximate 10 year careers to finally win a playoff game, advance, and maybe get to the Super Bowl (and hopefully win it).

I'm sure they realize that as well . . . .

Don't fret, it's not Billy Davis starting at wide receiver this time around.
