Pollard broke his Fibula which is the smaller of the 2 bones in the lower leg.

Fibula breaks are normally relatively minor as compared to Tibia breaks.

Players have returned in-season from Fibula breaks.

He does have the high angke sprain in addition to the break.
- It appears surgery was for the sprain which would mean the bone fracture is likely hairline (i.e. not displaced).

Dak broke both his Fibula and Tibia in 2020.

Yeah pollards injury should be a non factor for 2023. I doubt this affects his market at all. This is nowhere near the issue daks injury was or a bad soft tissue injury would be. Sprains and clean bone break injuries heal completely 99% of the time.

I have a feeling someone will sign Pollard the first day of FA to a very nice contract.

Cowboys will sign him with to a "good faith" contract. Like we did for Michael Gallup. That is just what they do.
