And I expect it to be 19-2 by December 1st.

We absolutely have to win the next four to prepare us for a December run. Here's what needs to happen--

* Get some confidence back
* Establish a consistent running threat with Demarco and Felix
* Somehow have our center get the ball back to the QB
* Get the receivers involved more downfield
* Allow Carter to get more comfortable so he's in a regular rotation
* Get Jenkins, Lee and McBriar healthy, then stay healthy
* Get up on our turnover margin

7-4 puts us in position to line up and take our chances just like everybody else. At 6-5 you pretty much have to win out. At 5-5...

Farewell and adieu.

I would love to see this team put together just a two-win streak, lol.

I see them possibly 7-5, maybe 8-4 and finishing 9-7.

pretty much.

i learned to stop trying to project wins for this team. they will find a way to lose one of the next four.

#3 Just eliminate the shotgun. Worked for Aikman.

Kinda hard to do when you cant make a three step drop without the middle of the line collapsing and sacking you before you're receivers are even 10 yards into their 40 yard routes

That's why you'd have to shorten most of the routes as well. You don't need all your guys running 30 and 40 yard routes when you know you've got an O-Line that can't block well enough to protect for that.

It sucks to have to dial yourself back like that, to some degree, to help out a position that is struggling but that's what you've got to do.

Plus you've got to rebound on defense and keep games close so that the Cowboys can use the run game as well to help that O-Line. If you get behind like we did, effectively killing any chance of running the ball, then you play right into a teams hands against our O-Lines struggles.

Even better news: There are still nine more games to play and anything can happen!

After last week, I have finally given up on thinking this team is capable of making a run. I've thought all year that 11-5 was possible, 10-6 expected, 12-4 not unattainable. Now, I just can't help but think this team is 8-8.

To just absolutely never show up for that game last week is totally inexcusable. How it happens, I don't know. This team has been mentally weak for some time now, and last week told me they haven't gotten any tougher.

Definitely not worried about tony in November. He's unbelievable turkey month but December ? Not so much. Hopefully we put together a big win streak to get us on the right track
