I am listening to 105.3 out of DFW and it's terrible. Any suggestions for stations, time slots, etc.?

Sometimes espn dallas 103.3 will have some stuff on the Cowboys.

I hear ya about the Fan. Too many commercials and filler but I don't think there is anything else. Im interested too in your question.

Surprised there isn't a 24/7 talk radio on just the Dallas Cowboys yet.

As much as the fans are dopes, Philly has a lot of sports talk.

Honestly the best cowboys centric sports talk is going to be podcasts. They know their going to a smaller audience pool and quite frequently get more in depth and more specific.

Thanks. I tuned into 1310 The Ticket. Beats listening to Eagles talk about getting home field advantage in 2017

I still cant believe there isnt a "Dallas Cowboys Network" on TV like the Longhorn Network......Must be against NFL rules cause we all know Jerry and Co. would have made one by now.....

105.3 The Fan
103.3 ESPN Dallas
1310 AM The Ticket (They have an FM station also)

In the evening The Fan is the only one with live and local stuff after 7pm. The Ticket will replay the days shows in the evening and ESPN will put on some national stuff.

The Fan is the Cowboys Flagship station and has the best access to the Cowboys. Their mid-morning and afternoon drive shows are decent.

The Ticket has Bob Sturm (Bob and Dan) from about Noon to 3pm. Bob likes to talk sports details but Dan is the comedian. Mid morning is Norm Hitzges. He is old sometimes silly. He likes to talk about betting but it appears that he is wrong often. Their morning show has a guy named Gordon Keith. He is sometimes funny and should be on Saturday Night Live with some of his impersonations.

ESPN is generally terrible, IMO.

I recommend 94WIP, anytime. However, the early morning shows are especially engaging. The hosts are polite, respectful, are not homers, and really present unbiased points of view. You will swear they hate the Cowboys. Very refreshing.

I think he tried to create one many years ago. Of course he couldn't but I think that may have been the beginning of the NFL Network.

Does anyone remember on the very early DallasCowboys.com they had a pic of a benchpress with coming soon over top of it? They were gonna let people watch workouts, but I guess it fell through with the nfl

The Fan is alright too much fluff at times. Jerry is on at 830 on Tuesday's 1030 Friday's. Stephen 12ish Monday's and 4ish Friday's Michael Irvin is on Monday's I think at 11. Monday's they have the legends show at 6 from the gaylord and will have diff players on. Travis Frederick comes on at 5 on Thursday he is usually a fun interview. BJones is on too on Wednesdays at 430. Moose will be on around 5 on Mondays.

Cowboys Break on DC.COM. Talkin Cowboys if Mickey Spagnola doesn't annoy you to death.
:lmao::lmao2:

would you like some vocal fry with that order?
What a D-bag comment. Taylor (on Cowboys Break) is awesome. She talks to the players a lot (and sometimes coaches) and at times brings something extra to the table as far as insider info.

I would recommend staying away from radio sports. Sirius NFL is okay and Sturm is okay but you are better off coming to your own conclusions. It's cheap commercialism at its worst by and large.

You can tell the people that listen to it because they all end up thinking with the same brain.
