Good Win

I love to win, also. In fact, nothing beats this outcome when it actually benefits the club. That was not the case this afternoon. Little, if anything, was good about this one.

Here's another "fun exercise". Let's examine the fact that Garrett rested guys headed into the playoffs but exposed every starter he could to injury in a meaningless season-ender that accomplished nothing other than saving his own worthless hide.

But sure, you focus on what people say on the internet and others of us will focus on what inept coaches do.
Boo Freaking Hoo!!

:hammer:
Another fun exercise, if a fan wants to lose to Philadelphia, is he really a fan?

If a "fan" values a meaningless, butt-ugly win that accomplishes nothing other than saving coaches hides and ruining draft position, are they "really a fan"?

Questioning people who don't think the way you do goes both ways.

You seem to want to have it both ways "Garrett sucks", but him getting worthless wins that keep him and the status quo around is somehow "good".

And you're entitled to it.

But you wondered about the negativity and you asked why, and you were told why.

And again, for historical perspective, the last meaningless win meant the difference between being in position to draft Wentz and not, so there's that.
And Wentz tore his ACL and may never be the same. You never know in this sport.

This was a meaningless there was no moral victory with the way the offense performed and the defense not being challenged by the Eagles backups. I don't feel any better about this football after this game than how I felt last week.

In fact worse because Jerry and Garrett will now crow that had a winning season

He does suck, but I don't ever want to lose!!! I never coached to lose in 30 years and I have never wanted the Cowboys to lose! If you do, fine. Shows me he kind of competitive spirit you have. Lose on purpose so that we MIGHT draft a better player. Remember, we drafted Jones over Collins. A higher draft pick doesn't always make it a better draft pick. It's a crap shoot. Give healthy players a day off? Foster that loser competitive spirit. That's you, that's OK. I understand.

Shows me the intelligence you clearly lack. Again, you want to play it both ways "Garrett sucks!" But "Go Cowboys!"

Obviously ignorant of the fact that every one of these meaningless wins only keeps him around that much longer.

But sure, you and your "competitive spirit" go and celebrate this "good win" with the rest of the losers.

Lol! You're lifelike avatar shows me the kind of person you are. Lol, bless your little heart. Just realized you were a kid. Sorry for being mean.

Poor thing.

We won, which is always good! I don't worry about the draft, but we win and our offense sucks which gives me hope that we will get some new offensive staff and maybe a weapon or two. Defense is getting younger and better and will be very good if we keep some keys pieces and add a couple more.
I'm a Homer, I don't ever want to lose.

Oh, I almost forgot...... Garrett Sucks!!!!

I went to the game today and had to be the worst game I've ever seen, lol. Though to your point it's clear the offense needs help so hopefully that leads to change.
