What a disgrace of a football player.

Undisciplined and unathletic and completely overrated. Not to mention being and insanely over sensitive individual.

We all knew he’d be kicked out of Dallas with the emergence of Hendershot and Ferguson.

But tonight cemented it. Drops and lazy route running, etc.

Good riddance. He will not be missed.

It took Schultz four years to become a decent TE. People are expecting way too much from Ferguson next season.

But lets roll with it

That one-foot catch with 6 seconds left was Junior Varsity. No, Pee-wee football.

Lack of awareness. Can’t get his foot down, gets knocked backwards going out of bounds to keep the clock rolling. He’s like old Jason witten, catch the ball and wait to get hit, fall down after first contact. Definitely needs to be playing somewhere else next year.

Yeah, I believe it was recently posted in a thread like two weeks ago, Shultz's stats this year were extremely similar to Witten's stats in his last year.

That tells you something because Witten was very much a shell of his former self in that last year.

There are many TE's out there that are much better than D. Shultz.

Hopefully, we get a dynamic TE because a TE room of Ferg, Henny, McKeon, and Dynamic FA/Draft pick plus a better #2 WR and this offense would be very good.

My off season plan would include franchising Pollard, and finding a similar RB as well as a replacement short yardage back, a #2 WR, and a dynamic TE.

Schultz falls into that Dak / Pollard level. They are above average starters but they aren’t great. You cannot really afford to lose them but you have make a tough choice on them

For a vet TE he plays way too weak for me. Too soft and not worth a big contract. PASS.

Schultz is easily a top ten TE. I guess the people wanting him gone are the same that were happy when amari was traded.

I mean...come on. DS didn't have his best game, but he's been impressive this year.

Be careful he might sign up here and send you a mean DM. The guy is a sensitive prick.

His play vs Kettle is indicative of the entire game.
