Nearly everyone outside of CD and Martin was not worth it. Gallup who probably doesn't get enough hate goes unnoticed in the game and forums for his poor production.

What a disgrace of a football player.

Undisciplined and unathletic and completely overrated. Not to mention being and insanely over sensitive individual.

We all knew he’d be kicked out of Dallas with the emergence of Hendershot and Ferguson.

But tonight cemented it. Drops and lazy route running, etc.

Good riddance. He will not be missed.
Ĺazy route running for real

it seems every time we play the 9ers in a post season game one of our guys on our O forgets the rules of engagement...2x now our guys have potentially cost us games not knowing what to do when you have the ball. Could also be on our coaches, who the heck knows with this team

Yeah, I believe it was recently posted in a thread like two weeks ago, Shultz's stats this year were extremely similar to Witten's stats in his last year.

That tells you something because Witten was very much a shell of his former self in that last year.

There are many TE's out there that are much better than D. Shultz.

Hopefully, we get a dynamic TE because a TE room of Ferg, Henny, McKeon, and Dynamic FA/Draft pick plus a better #2 WR and this offense would be very good.

My off season plan would include franchising Pollard, and finding a similar RB as well as a replacement short yardage back, a #2 WR, and a dynamic TE.
.....perhaps we should hope Shultz will get better or at least treat him like JWitt who disrupted TE development but remains a hero and in folklore. Fire the OC.

I won't miss his Red Zone penalties. 80 to 90% of the time he got called for one.

Don't get me started on him. He may as well have not even played for us. We won nothing with him. Absolutely nothing. And I won't miss those seven yard routes on 3rd and 8.

I think he cost himself a couple million with that catch out of bounds.

The Schultz slander is odd.
Those plays on the last drive were pretty inconsequential. They cost us a shot at a desperation Hail Mary, but hardly the reason we lost.

He’s still gotta go though. I’d like to see what Ferguson can do with an expanded role. Way more dynamic after the catch.

I mean I don’t disagree he has to go but he played some good football here. He doesn’t deserve the slander.

If you let him go, then you have to draft his replacement.

Give him an affordable deal.
You really he is taking an "affordable deal" after getting a tag last season. So do realize the player has to agree to the contract. Shultz is going to get 8 figures a year easily from someone

Couldn't agree more. Ppl here tried to tell me he was great. Kittle is a top tier TE you saw the difference
