I may be in the minority, but I think whether you like him or not, the commissioner of your league deserves some respect. That shirt was very disrespectful. You found a way to win the Super Bowl despite the starting quarterback and future hall-of-famer being suspended for four games. I'd say that you won without having to lower yourself to those kind of antics.

Quality of character and being effective at the job you're tasked with is what deserves respect.

And in saying that, I (and most people) don't think Goodell has been a good commissioner. He is a micro-managing individual who abuses the power that he's been given. I could go on, but I'm sure you've heard it all before haha

In short... Shouting at everyone that you're a leader doesn't deserve respect. Actually being a leader does deserve respect.
