So it begins again.

The biggest thing is probably going to be this VR crap. Like when Microsoft released the first tablet in 2000 (well before the iPad), this crap is going to flounder and fail. Technology isn't where it needs to be yet to make this the real deal. Wearing big clunky goggles is just not going to work. It's just going to be a "hey look at this" then you put it down and never look at it again.

Before VR becomes a real use thing, they will have to get much much smaller. Maybe glasses sized like Google Glass, but really. I think we are talking more VR Contacts or something. (maybe more like swimmers Goggles)

Wow, that search is awesome! Being able to search your own images without any associated text is cool. They said search your images for "hugs" and it will show you all images with people hugging. I always had issues finding specific images from my own images. Now I can search for "guitar" and all my pictures of my guitars (and concerts) show up. That is *****in.

heh I knew Google Home was coming. Not sure what I will do with my Echo. Google's voice search already trumps it 1000x.
