so i’m there to see the bright, formerly known as superstring (fantastic band btw!) as they play live on the gordon keith show. i was invited to be in the audience by miguel and i thought it would be a blast!

i’m in there minding my own business in the audience and gordon is going into one of his bits about the governor of new york and wanting to know what a $4300 an hour callgirl looks like.

i’ll stop there till after the show.

http://beloblog.com/gordon//

i’ll just say i started off determined not to laugh cause no one can be that funny. well, till the pimp talked bout on-the-job hazards as he pimped out his new book.

it was fun - hope you get a chance to check out the show!

I was excited about his show when it first came on the air, then I watched a few episodes and I just couldn't take it anymore. It was pretty bad. Maybe its gotten better though.

I like him on the ticket. I met him through a freind once years ago before he worked at the ticket............little secret........gordon keith is not his real name.

there were some things that were 'eh. it took a bit t get warmed up and sometimes he's kinda flat. the interview w/a pimp cracked me up. but he was a real nice guy and made an effort to talk to everyone that he could.

as for his name - how many people really have 2 first names anyway? : )

Yeah, I should probably give the show another shot. Maybe they were just working out the bugs, cause I just saw the first few epidsodes. Love him on the ticket.

it was fun to see it played back live. some stuff like i said was funny. some stuff was so obvious it was pretty bad. i had a great time and met some cool people and got picked out of the audience to be given a hard time too. i was the $4300 an hour hooker, then hurley from lost.

it's good to be noticed sometimes, i suppose. : )

the interview with the pimp was far and away the funniest part of the night.

the pope and bono was what you look at and wonder why you watch. maybe i should hit him up to be one of his writers. :)
