Got my supplies for tonight. Hook 'Em Hungry!

My best buddy from high school and UT and I are ready to enjoy the game tonight. Here's our fortifications and timeline:

​

• The drinkin' begins at 5:00.
• Taters go in at 5:15.
• More drinks.
• Guacamole made at same time.
• Grill fired-up at 6:00.
• Steaks go on at 6:20 when grill hits 575°.
• More drinks.
• Turn steaks in 4 minutes.
• 3 minutes, steaks off, pat of butter on each and foil tented to rest.
• Open red wine. Check drink levels.
• Shrimp out of citrus/teriyaki marinade and on grill.
• 2-3 minutes per side. Shrimp off.
• Potatoes buttered. Shrimp, steak and guac join them on the plate.
• Red wine poured.
• EAT!
• Fart, fall down, watch Horns stomp a mud hole!
