Got our tickets for week 1

Going to opening weekend has been a family tradition now for over a decade. For us, that is now expanding to what is likely to be my 2 future son-in-laws (one getting married next year). We fly in on Saturday, will hang out and party that night with my friends that moved out there a few years ago. We will go to the tailgate early Sunday morning and we will party all day till we go into the game.

I found a way to make my girls enjoy the Cowboys game for my own selfish reason and now, while so many on here complain about how long it has been since the Cowboys have won a title, I will continue to enjoy the hell out f these games and my time with my family.

There is nothing I enjoy more than football season and our weekends at these games. As of today, the Rams and Lions game are the others we are going to. We shall see if we can swing any others.

Will be there in Section 217 with my grandson. Other than a very, very few times I was unavoidably out of town on business, I’ve only missed 1 opener since 1989. That one missed opener was the Philly pickle juice game.

Where are you looking? There are seats on tciketmaster, tickpic, gametime, stubhub and on and on and on. Section 445.

Unfortunately, I'm becoming increasingly of the belief that the games might not be so great for Cowboys fans.

But as you've said many times, and I appreciate, these are family trips which you enjoy immensely. That, in the end, is far more important than wins and losses.

Yes, I have found a way to take something I am so passionate about (the cowboys) and make it an excuse to spend an awesome weekend together with my wife and adult daughters. It simply doesnt get much better than that IMO.
