Please note that you are talking to the wrong person. I have no problem with the leadership kudos but we had to have a poster who said he was greater tha Romo.
That's because he is. Stop being so insecure. I still want Romo to start when he's healthy.

What are you a fan of other than the fact that he has great talent? Other than the talent I dont see anything valuable that he brings to the team. And no doubt I am jealous that a moron like that can make 16 million a year just because he can jump up in the air and catch a football. Then not have enough respect for your employer or your team mates to show up on time for you job or at all.

Show up for your JOB or miss an MRI? Are we talking about late to a meeting in the grand scheme of things? A moron who jumps in the air and catches a football huh? Sounds like you have some type of personal agenda which is fine. Everyone has their opinion. To answer your question beyond his talent, I respect his story. .. just beating the odds and where he's risen from. I love his passion and the energy he brings to the team. I don't quite understand LOATHING a player who obviously bleeds for the team but to each is own.

He has risen above in income only.

And how do you bleed for a team you dont show up for? Its called a lack of respect for your job and your team mates. That is what I loath.

I have respect for guys like Prescott, Romo, Witten. Hard working guys that show up and show respect. You dont have to be from up town to learn respect.

Romo led through his play on the field. Usually, that was a good thing.....

Romo yells at our players all the time, sometimes I've questioned whether the players were at fault. Nonetheless, Romo does chew people out.

Dak needs to get a black tear tattoo under his eye where he has that birthmark or scar...Then if someone on the teams mouths off...he just point to the tear and say...you really want to start something. lol

What is a high level to you.
A level where an injury makes you feel useless and unneeded by your team, so you take a couple personal days. I mean God forbid a man who spend almost all year last year injured was afraid of what the MRI was going to show. And damn him for apologizing after too. What an idiot. I assume you have never once in your life called in sick to work? Or played hookie from school? Get off of your high horse.

Talk about an immature reaction? I just dont respect that kind of behavior or much else about what we have seen from Bryant. I dont like the guy. Lets just move on.

Dak is going 100% and is all in doing his absolute best, and is dead serious about winning games, and the other players
have to see that, and are starting to respond to it and believe in him.
I find myself being inspired by Dak, so I know it is having a effect on the other players.

Just imagine if you are Dak, and you want to be the starter for Cowboys, but there is The legend Tony Romo, The Jones boys, all the
fans and media watching, just waiting for you to make mistakes, lose, be like a rookie , throw ints, etc, and you havent yet,
but now you play Cin and GB with another legend aaron rodgers.
The pressure to not fail is enormous on Dak and so far he has held up, and got the wins, and no ints, no big mistakes,
and has looked good doing it.
