Grade Romo

B-. Hey, a B- is fine when your defense makes holds the opponent to FGs and creates critical turnovers, and Harris and the special teams do what they did.

are we even in this game without Romo? Heck, even the special teams play that got romo good field? Romo played well for an A, he did what he had to do, the interception didnt net anything, and he is liking Williams.

lol

Defender made a great play. Period. But yeah - some "fans" will continue to use Miles as their whipping boy.

He quit on at least 2 routes if I recall correctly. He didn't look very good out there. Probably due to some rust but who knows.

He didn't play very well. Although his line was a sieve all night and for some reason Callahan didn't feel like calling a running play.

C+

B.

I don't know what it is, but we didn't go deep like we did on the Broncos.. I'd also rather have Romo throw a ball too low than too high.

Spectacular throw to Williams in the corner of the end zone after another one of his houdini excapes for a TD. Romo is elite, but it takes a TEAM to win in the NFL.

C+. The offense was pretty mediocre tonight.

I think a lot of these B's would be different if the Special Teams and Defense didn't play the way they did tonight.

Game managing is fine if you ask me. Our quarterback looked much better than the so-called legendary RGIII.

Over under on Romo threads this week. I'll set it at 10. Anyways, I'll give Romo and A-.

People need to stop saying game manager. That's not what he was asked to do nor is it what he did... nor will it ever be his role. He had an "off" day and still looked better than half the QBs in the league.

That wasn't the only thing I was talking about. Austin was running his routes like they were warm-ups tonight.

He was doing a lot more than playing "game manager". Not one of his best games, but he wasn't just "driving the bus" as people like to say.

Yeah. Consider they had no run game the entire 2nd half.

I think the term is what it is. I'm not saying he handed the ball off all day or that he dinked it around the whole game. But, he did not throw the ball away too many times nor did he fumble. So that's where I'm coming from with that term. But you're so right... He looked better than more than half the QBs in the league, even with an off night.

Romo had a 72.9 rating tonight. The Cowboys are now 6-12 when Romo's rating is lower than 73 in a game, with 4 of the 6 wins coming against the Commanders.

Tells us that Special Teams and defense carried their share.
Welcome to world that Joe Flacco has lived in his whole career.
Take the W!
