Kills me to say this, but it was brought to my attention by a freekin' Commanders fan:

His son has gone from 1st grade and graduates high school this spring...

Not exciting right? Well,...his point was that his kid has never seen the Cowboys win a single playoff game in that span...

GREAT JOB JERRY! :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

12 year old kids have lived their whole lives with no Dallas playoff win. When I was 12 the Cowboys had been in five SBs, won a couple, and were on the last few years of 20 straight winning seasons. "And that's the way it was, and we liked it!"

Jerry Jones remains the only constant in that 12 years.

I posted this on another board almost a year ago:

I remember that day well.

A beautiful Monday morning here in Ohio. Still high on the Cowboys pounding the Vikings in the past weekend's playoff game, awaiting the school bus while sipping my coffee from the cup my boy made in kindergarten class for my Christmas gift. It was a little lopsided, the handle had to be glued back on on a constant basis, and he did have his teacher help him etch a star on the side. Life was so good..............

Fast forward....as our children's lives do. Sitting here looking at the high school graduation pictures we ordered, thinking of the college finances that will be needed, that cup still sits on my desk, covered in dust with lots of pens and pencils inside.

In these years, my boy has become a man...and will be striking out on his own soon, leaving his Dad and Mom behind.................Still waiting for the Dallas freaking Cowboys to win a playoff game since that day he needed help to get up on the first step of that school bus!!!!

UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disclaimer: I have no such son and all of the above is a dramatization....

Well I'm 6 years older than him and I can scarcely remember the good times. Throw on the History of the Cowboys or 10 Greatest Games DVDs with him when you want to feel good about Cowboys.

Yea, I know it's pathetic. However, it's even more pathetic coming out of the mouths of Foreskin fans. Just how many playoff games have they won since their last Super Bowl? They always throw our playoff drought in our faces, but their record since 1991 is pretty pathetic. Hell, how many playoff appearances have they even had since 1991? Answer. Not many.

My dad always told me that I'll never be as spoiled as he was, he saw the Landry era, the 90s dynasty, and the fall.

My last good memory is Larry Brown running down the sideline with a gift interception, 8 years old surrounded by drunks, only cheering because they were.

Middle school, high school, and I graudate college in May. No dice. I at least wanted to win one while I still had an excuse to get piss drunk and celebrate for a week.

Just ask the Deadskin supporter how old his son was the last time they won a Super Bowl...and give him a calculator for assistance!!!

I was 5 when the Cowboys last won a playoff game.

But does it really matter? I mean yes, playoff wins are fine and dandy... but I find it really dumb how opposing fans throw it in our faces. Unless you're a Giants, Patriots, Steelers, Broncos, Packers, or Rams fan, you really shouldn't make fun of Dallas. It's all about Super Bowl wins in my opinion.

I was 11 years old the last time they won a playoff game. Our last Super Bowl win? 5th grade. Those were the days, rocking my Cowboys Starter jacket.

Once we do get that playoff win, and that eventual Super Bowl win, it will be so sweet.
