How would you grade this pick

for weeks I considered Downs as the best case scenario. As we got closer to draft day I felt there was no chance of landing him. I am thrilled that he is a Cowboy and can’t wait to watch his career unfold.

Anyone who doesn't think Downs is at least an A isn't a Cowboys fan. He was the best player in the draft. Will he be the transforming type player that many envision for this defense? That remains to be seen. But he will improve our secondary regardless.

Downs just checks all the boxes. Coming from someone who's tired of seeing the Cowboys trot Hooker and Wilson on the field week in and week out. Pick was a no brainer for me.

Rookie year will be a learning curve but once he settles in, sky is the limit for him
