Front Office: D. They made some bad coaching hires and acquisitions early in the offseason, and it bit them.
Head Coach: B. Garrett really righted the ship halfway through.
Assistant Coaches: C. Linehan needs to be gone. Moore isn't the guy. O-line coach was fired. Lal didn't do much with what he had. Special Teams was garbage. Richard was great and made a big difference.
QB: C. Dak was bad throughout most of the season, but got better as the o-line and WRs played better. His WRs in the beginning of the year were terrible, and he had no TE to throw to. Lots of o-line injuries took their toll.
RB: A. Zeke was the rushing champ while sitting out a game. Enough said.
WR: C. Terrible at the beginning of the year. Cooper made them much better and was great for a few games, but also disappeared. Gallup flashed some things.
TE: D. Probably one of the worst in the league, but at least Jarwin showed that he can be a legit #2.
O-Line: C. I have to grade them on a curve, because they had so many injuries.
D-line: C. The rushers played well, but it is clear we need some help in the middle.
LB: A. Jaylon and LVE played lights out for most of the season. Hard to complain.
CB: A. They were solid all year. No complaints.
S: D. Heath and Rhodes looked bad most of the year. We definitely need a lot of help here. They were exposed against the Rams.
I think if we get some help at TE, S, and DL in free agency and the draft, upgrade Linehan, Moore, and O'Quinn, we will have a pretty solid team.
