Same size as Nick Hayden. Despite only being 304 lbs, I see a lot of sites projecting him more as a 4-3 1-tech or a 3-4 NT. A short, stubby "built like a fire hydrant" player with a non-stop motor. More of a nuisance in the pass rush than a sack artist. We don't need our 1-tech getting 10+ sacks. We just need him getting at the QB. Projected to be a 3rd round pick. Might be safer to take him in the 2nd. What do people think about him?

His coach was on NFL radio yesterday, and he claims if he had to start a new nfl team, the first guy he would pick would be Jarrett, big compliment there. especially over Vic Beasley.

Seems like the kind of player whose name gains steam the closer we get to the draft and goes earlier than originally expected.

Similar to Ken Bishop. Bishop probably stronger base but Jarrett slightly more agile.

Bishop likely would have looked the same if he played in place of Jarrett (i. e. bigger school).

Do you see them drafting Jarrett if they have the chance?

He does look a lot like Bishop.

60 is too high on Jarrett for me. 3rd round sounds way better. If it's 2nd or nothing I'd rather just wait and see if other DT's like Hardison, Wright, Covington, Philon, Davison, or Lott are BPA latter on.

I'm not seeing DT as big of a need as most people here. Id rather see another 3 tech drafted if anything

I thought Brugler was calling him the poor mans Donald, though as a compliment.

Looks like a great fit as a 4-3 DT in our scheme.

He is the DT i want in this draft. That little cannonball of power would fit perfect next to Crawford.

well I truly want Brown or Shelton but if neither is available at 27, I'd be happy with Jarrett in late Rd 2 or 3. (probably require 2)

Please note this youtube video has an audio track that some might find offensive due to language from music track.

Oh of course but i was talking about him being my favorite realistic option. I really like Tyeler Davison out of Fresno State in the 5th as well. Im not worried about missing out on a quality DT this year. we have options who are good fits in multiple rounds this year. Its why i'm not preaching draft Eddie Goldman at 27.

I really like him and have been thinking for a while that Dallas might find a way to get him on draft day. Was hoping 4th round but now that is impossible. 3rd would be awesome but now that may be too late. 2nd might be too rich for my blood but if Dallas likes him enough, then I wouldn't complain.

I like him and Michael Bennett. I am a bit bias though, Michael and I played football in different decades at the same HS. I am excited to watch him wherever he goes. He has a bright future in the NFL and after.
