Harrell doesn't have a weak arm. I think it's at least adequate.
They keep showing Crabtree's game-winning TD catch against Texas, but look at that throw. That's an amazing pass.
I've watched Harrell since he took the controls of that offense and he throws a nice ball.
I think, like Chocolate Lab said, the wheels came off for Graham at the Senior Bowl. He is so programmed for Texas Tech's offense, that he didn't adjust well to the more conventional things they were doing in Mobile.
I wouldn't go as far as Leach, but I do think Graham has a chance to contribute in the NFL.
