I think I remember a thread for this movie a while back but I just watched it.

Gotta say, pretty good movie. Ending surprised me a little but I thought it was a good ending to a good movie.

Yeah, Gran Torino was good.

With movies like Mystic River, Letters from Iwo Jima, Million Dollar Baby and Gran Torino, I think Clint Eastwood is the best director going.

It's been a few months since I've seen it, but I enjoyed it. Other than Eastwood, the acting was pretty bad, but the movie overall was very good.

haven't seen that, but I finally saw Taken, and that was a very good movie, I didn't blink the whole way through

I thought Gran Torino was a decent movie but not the masterpiece some were painting it out to be. I thought the ending was pretty predictable myself.

I wanted to see it. Where did you see it? Cable movie channels or OnDemand?

My favorite actor has always been Harrison Ford, but he isn't exactly improving with age the way some actors do. He is 66 almost 67 now. (born July 13, 1942)

Hmm, I didn't realize he was born the year we entered WWII.

I liked Gran Torino....but man it had some BADDDDD acting. Everyone outside of Eastwood was bad. That totally killed it for me. Could have been great though.

100% agreed. Those kids were terrible.

The kids were first-time actors. The chubby sister was decent, though.

Watched it the other night in Blue-Ray.

Clint Eastwood is old.

Good movie though.

I liked it. I thought it was really good. The acting could have been better but overall, I give it 4 beers.

"Spectacles, testicals, wallet, watch." Never heard that expression before (and I'm Catholic).

I heard that years ago, and I'm not Catholic. They are obviously hiding the funny from you.
