Probably off topic, but I thought y'all might enjoy this tale.

I'm at BW3's yesterday watching the noon games. Eagles/Bucs -- naturally, I'm pulling for TB, but quietly and not making any sort of arse out of myself. Local Eagle Fan, "Philly Mike," is there and quite quiet since the E-girls are melting down, literally, most of the game. When Westbrook scored that TD, he sprints to me, really, and yells "T.O. SUCKS!" as loud as he can.

I give no response and he procedes to whoop it up with a few guys around him talking Cowboys hate (What did the Cowboys and T.O. have to do with this game?).

He's still talking Philly noise as the Bucs line up for that 62 yard FG. When the kick went up, I saw a slight look of discomfort on his face that soon turned into terror. When the ref's arms went up signaling that it was good, dude turned white as Casper, took a sip of beer, and walked out of the joint.

Have a good day Cowboys fans.

Today, much like last week, here at work, not a lot of people running their mouths.

Two of the Eagles fans that sit near me somehow didn't know there was a game yesterday, another said his wife wanted to watch a movie instead.

Oh, Ronde Barber had TWO INTs? has been thrown around.

It's so much fun. I printed out pictures of the Bucs carrying off Matt Bryant for them all.

I didn't hear the end of the Dallas loss at Philly. I think these guys are prophets. They only watch the wins, forget the losses were even played.

I work on the NJ/PA border so it's Eagle heavy. Princeton, NJ area

yea I live in Eagle country and the Eagle fans are avoiding me here at work. They are acting like the Eagles didnt even play yesterday. Its funny.

Its funny because they acted like they won the Super Bowl when they beat us 3 weeks ago... now we can take over the division if we win tonight. Maybe they dont know what its like to win the Super Bowl so thats why they acted that way when they beat us.

Yeah... no kidding... being a Cowboy and Yankee fan though... I just have to be reactive... I get enough guff just representing these two teams...

funny story or stories... I go to the local sports bar here in NY to watch Dallas games... so I sit in the booth with my friend and there usually is a few tables of Giants fans in front of us on the floor...(2-3 tables of atleast 5 giants fans per) so...you can hear them cheering for a anti-dallas play(you know rooting for whoever we are playing)... after a while they know I am back there... so when Dallas scores or the Giants give up a score... I start with the "Yeah!"... "Go Boy" or "How about them Cowboys" or a simple "COWBOYS"

Do me a favor and have some Chunky soup for lunch(in front of them) I am buying... THEN drop some on floor and when they ask what you are doing... tell them you are re-enacting the game for them being that they couldnt see it

God oh God how I wish that would have been me.

I live in TB and while the cameras kept panning back to the Eagle fans the entire game I couldn't help thinking of two things.

#1 - I wish I would have been at the game when the 62 yarder sailed through the uprights ... I would have been ruthless.

#2 - Beyond the shadow of a doubt that has to be the fugliest fan base in the history of mankind. Which of course explains alot.

Actually, I've seen better CORFing in a movie once, but then that's just me.

What a great day yesterday was! To see both the Skins and Eagles lose again. My heart fills up with glee! Eagle fans are nowhere to be found on any boards. Skin fans on extremeskins are talking about how horrible it is to be a fan of their team! I love it, now the stage is set for the Dallas Cowboys to take over!

Eagles dropping the last 2 games makes me think they could be having a bit of a hangover from the win over Dallas.

Same thing happened to me last year at a local haunt called The Cat House. As soon as Roy picked off that pass and scored the obnoxious Eagle fan grabbed his keys, cell phone, and left.

Great story! Great day! I for one think the situation was handled brilliantly. Don't give anything to anesthetize the pain. He will forever think "man, I was such an idiot" and "my team let me down."
