Major kudos to Zim on holding the top offense in the league to under 200 yards while piling on 4 sacks.

I was really upset with the play of Davis in the passing game and Singleton in the running gamee as both were getting us killed.

What does Zim do?

He benches Davis inserting Pile which solidified the pass defense and gets Singleton off the field to galvanize the run defense.

Honestly I didn't notice... Did Pile play the whole game at FS?

I don't understand why Pile wasn't starting after the SF game. He came in during the second half and helped shut down the SF offense.

Overall, I never would've guessed that our defense would've shut down Philly like they did.

That is a very good thing. We all got to notice as Davis was routinely humiliated. Pile did his job.

Yep, I owe him. He schemed a great game today....against a very good offense.
My biggest surprise and elation was that our blitzes actually got to the QB this week. That was killing me the last several weeks, we'd blitz 7 or 8 and still not get to him.
