I wish this group of triplets could play together and win championships like the original trio did.
It seems that team chemistry is a strong and important factor in the Cowboys' success this year, and their belief in that was evidenced by the game plan last Sunday. If that's true, and if "triplet" history has any significance, then I would expect all of the key performers and leaders to be retained.
Under that scenario, Dez would get the big payday, Murray would be franchised (because who knows how long he will last at this pace), and Romo will play 'til he can't. Also, Free would be kept (role model), as would Durant, RoMac, Beasley, and Spencer. Not sure if the coaches think that Carter, Selvie, Hayden, and even Harris are integral to the team core.
But barring injury, we should be even better next year.
Looking forward to a 90's-type of team presence.
