User DANIVERSON from operationsports.com has released a post draft roster update for Madden.
At first I thought it was just the first round draft picks, but I was pleased to see not only Dez Bryant on the team, but Sean Lee, Akwasi Owusu Ansah, Sam Young, and Jamar Wall. Brandon Williams has also made a return in his roster update. Lissemore did not make the cut.
Playing one game, I can tell you that Romo has WAY too many weapons, its not even funny. I find myself targeting Bryant in the slot far more than Austin or Williams.
On defense I've placed Williams and Lee in nickel, and put Olshansky as the 2nd tackle in the nickel.
I had to correct the safety position where he has Scandrick as the starting FS, but thats too easy to fix. Also he had McBriar as the kick off specialist, also too easy correct. Only other thing I had to do was trade Carpenter for Barron.

only catch is that you do have to register for their website, but it was pretty quick and easy.
