This has been a great weekend for the Cowboys' playoff hopes. This was a perfect storm to place the Cowboys in the driver's seat in the NFC.

With the Giants losing tonight, Dallas is tied for the second best record in the NFC, and are tied for the NFC East division lead. I realize that this ignores tiebreakers, but if we take care of business from here on out, we might not only make the playoffs, but could get two playoff games in Texas Stadium if we tend to business.

We have already beaten Carolina, and will get a shot at beating New Orleans (probable) and another shot at the Giants. Seattle is the only other 6-4 team that we wont play head to head. We will have a chance to control our on destiny. We just need to win.

Actually, we are ALONE in 1st place in the NFC East....by 1/2 a game. Of course, this is assuming a win on Thursday, which I DO assume.

How do you figure? We are both 6 and 4.

Re-read my post....it's with our win in 3 days....which WILL come to pass. :star:

Not that great. Michigan lost :(

But NFL wise it has been excellent. The NFC got killed by the AFC and we come out on top. We need to take advantage of all this and keep on pushing.

This looks nothing like the Giants team that beat us earlier this year.

The Titans are playing a little better of late. Maybe they can leave a mark on the Giants next week. That might be a little much to ask, but it is a lot more likely than I would have thought a few weeks back.

I was thinking the same, about how things are just falling into place for the Cowboys. The best part is, that Romo only looks to be gaining more steam with each game.

6 games to go!

GIT ER' DONE!

We just need to win the Giants game, plain and simple. Then match the Giants' record the rest of the way. Tiebreakers will then be moot, at least for the NFC East title. I am hoping we run the table, but that is a tall order.
