Gut-wrenching.

It was all lined up for us to AT LEAST get to an NFC title game.

But I still think it's important for fans to enjoy the journey. Why even be a fan otherwise?

I enjoyed the 12 wins this year, and the division title. At the time of those 12 wins, I didn't know how it would all end up.

Obviously if I knew we'd choke like dogs in the WC round, I'd have felt differently.

But hey, **** happens. Green Bay was better than we were today.

I've seen my Cowboys win 3 (ages ago, but still) and my Golden State Warriors win 4. Maybe that's why I'm at peace with today's result. There are plenty of fans who have never seen their teams win anything.

Yes, I'm trying my best to cope.

The problem is this..

Fans look to the positives, buy Cowboys gear, funnel money into the Jones' pockets, think the team is wonderful. Fans need to elevate their standards. Stop enabling the "goons" that do this to us every year. It's been going on for 30 years.
