After an atrocious first quarter, the Packers are dominating, apart from a couple Vick runs.

Not sure about that. I think Vick can be serviceable but not in the offense Andy Reid is accustomed to running. If Vick takes over as the starter they'll have to re-vamp their passing game.

The downfield passing game will be replaced with the short screens and short out patterns.

Only stat that concerns me, but we've got runners. Ware, Jenkins, Newman, Ball, Scandrick, Spencer have WHEELS. They aren't going to let Vick run anywhere.

Vick actually looks good throwing the ball, though, I have to give him credit. He's got a hell of an arm, just hasn't normally been very accurate.
