What are these green circle stickers on the back of everyones helmuts in the league.

Historic event to hold a NFL game outside of America. So the sticker is possibly to honor Mexico as the host country.

It looks like it says 'Petrol' on them

Thanks to HDTV I've been able to make out FUtbol on it so indeed it seems to have something to do w/ the game in Tequilla land.
