Another sack for Ellis today, he has 4 this year with the Raiders.

Are we missing him more then we thought we would?

For all his whining the guy can rush the QB.

he didn't even whine that much.

the fans acting like turds over that, and I wish he was still here.

They're playing Houston. Why all the rueing and hand-wringing? He's gone, just like Owens. Get over it.

In case anyone didn't notice, we missed him the last time he went out for an extended period with an injury.

Is this question going to be asked every time he gets a sack from now until he retires? How about every time he gets torched in pass coverage?

Or maybe he was not as valuable as a LB as he is as a DE. He couldn't be a DE here.

Cause he didnt have a huge CAP hit and we let him go for nothing. Its not easy to find 10 sack OLBs in the NFL. I like Spencer but he isnt getting it done when it comes to rushing the QB.

Greg Ellis asked for his release. HE WANTED TO LEAVE!!! What's so hard to understand about that? Jerry got tired of him complaining and gave him his wish.

I think Oakland's D is solid. Unfortunately they get no help from their offense.

It's a sad day when you get plastered by the Texans..

I think the Texans play the Colts next week..see how they fare against the big boys.

It's always the same thing with them and their fans..this is THE year they're going to get over the hump and the best they've ever done is 8-8.

But they're still bragging about 19-10!

We miss him more than a lot of people are willing to admit, including myself when the offseason began.

The texans are about like us, albeit in different ways. Kinda average.

The raiders are bad though...but I agree about the D. I think it's very solid. That offense is sickening. When Mcfadden run for -3 yards, you know he's not the problem...but Fargas managed about 20 yards and 2 points for the texans! I can't imagine what it would be like to coach there right now. Especially since Tom Cable might beat you up.
