I hope he stays in Carolina, but if they can't make a deal with him then it means his price range is way above what Dallas could afford.
Good info.Carolina does have some cap issues. They will have 21 free agents in total and will have to make tough decisions whether to extend Cam Newton long term or use the fifth-year option. Hardy is wrapped up in all of that. Gettleman made it very clear in his season ending press conference that they are "challenged".
Hardy is probably their top priority as they are very dependent on their pass rush defensively.
No, they could just give him Ware's money.I hope he stays in Carolina, but if they can't make a deal with him then it means his price range is way above what Dallas could afford.
Preferably in the ocean.
There are going to be a lot of disappointed fans around here in a couple of months.
We'll be bystanders.
But this isn't cap hell. We can do what we want.
No. Short and Star are both still rookie contractsGood info.
Do they have any big money contracts on their DLine?

They have to resign him. He had 15 sacks and the rest of the DLine combined only had 10 and LBers gave them 8. That's 15 of 33 sacks for the front 7. Impossible to replace that kind of production.
