Probably because they told him to put on some weight so he can play inside at tackle as well as DE.

Just for comparisons sake, JJ Watt just had one of the most amazing seasons by a player in NFL history and he had 29. There were only 3 players with more than 20, Suh and J. Houston had 23.

I mean sure it's not impossible, but that is an insanely high number. I just don't see that as a realistic number, but it's your post. I wasn't trying to be critical, I was mostly joking.
