No, he has 2 years left on his contract but I think Jesse thinks we can get him for a cheap pick or maybe they cut him. I'd like a vet TE as insurance. His injuries are a massive concern but if they cut him I'd give him something with incentives and see.

Yeah I would have interest in him if he was cut. But I wouldn’t want his contract so I would be against trading for him.

I would take him in a NY second. Guy can go long and catches everything. Would be amazing with Cooper and Gallup.

However I think he should go to MNF and take over for Witt. Which was their first choice until he signed the contract with Carolina.

Stephen has already revealed the FO's plan to resolve the TE position several times. It will very likely come in the draft, unless one isn't there for us.

Would we be willing to invest more than normal for a vet TE this year? I doubt it. The TEs are quite abundant this year. Let's hope one's there for us.
