Greg Roman For Next HC?

Everyone's said it before on every coaching thread bro....ANYBODY BUT GARRETT! So yes I'd love for him to be here. The way he rebuilt the offense for Lamar is amazing. A lot of people forget that Lamar got the playbook after april sometime and didnt even know they were changing the playbook. That's pretty amazing.

Not at all. He would be my choice if we went the coordinator route. He also got Tyrod Taylor into the Pro Bowl

na there is too much momentum to see Garrett gone and Jerry will do it just to ride that momentum towards more optimism going into next year so people don't tune out. Anything short of a SB run means Garrett is gone.

He’s really only had QBs who haven’t been great throwers. Dak either chooses not to run or has been greatly hampered his last 2 years running.

Given his relationship with Kellen I have to believe Dak has said he prefers not to run as much.

If, Jason is fired (and that is yet to be determined, the next 3-6 games will decide his fate) but if he is fired I want an infectious winner to replace him.

True enough, but Roman wouldn't mirror that offense. He would surely tailor this offense unique to Dakotas strenfs.

Personally I prefer a experienced nfl guy myself
I would also prefer a defensive guy
But Roman has shown he’s capable of adapting to the players he has rather than forcing players to adapt to his system

any other year i'd agree. but jones has been too publicly upset with garret and the staff. you gotta think this is the year we give up on red and move on.
