Every time you hear stories about a coach (Garrett) being the first guy in the building....and the last one to leave....I was always wondering WHAT exactly was he doing? Prior to Kellen Moore taking over...the offense was the easiest to prepare for in the NFL. So that "work ethic" had the Jones boys fooled. I am sitting here watching the Ravens game....1st half....4 redzone possessions....4 TDs. That is coaching and execution. Dallas does not have the personell to score consistently in the redzone. WItten is WASHED.....WASHED. Cooper is not physical. Neither is Gallup or Austin. Dak is slow as a turtle...so he really cannot get on the edge. But somehow...we got the highest paid OL...highest paid RB...and a WR who is about to be paid top 3 money!

Tell us more about Garrett staying after hours to study his Tecmo Bowl offense....

He also coached Tyrod Taylor to the best year of his career and a Pro Bowl selection in Buffalo. He knows how to get the most out of mobile QBs...he is the next great HC candidate.
