At Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie tonight, and I just scored 4 center stage tixs in the 300 level! :jackpot:

Can't wait. Nothing like some vintage Southern rock and these 3 legends together on stage...oughta be a great show!

Time to go practice my bad-ace air-guitar licks. :D

America brought home the air guitar world championship this year.

Justin "Nordic Thunder" Howard from Chicago. You probably know him.

Sorry we missed you. ;)

Enjoy the concert, my friend. Now be a good soul and give us your best "Sooner" rendition for tonights game?

BOOOOMER !!

Ok...it goes a little something like this....ready...?

BOOOO SOONER!! :D

Naaa, actually was looking forward to watching this game tonight, although I have no IDEA who I'd pull for!?

Hope it's a good game, and just for you, I'll pretend, like I'm leaning towards the Crimson & Cream side! ;)

I've seen Gregg Allman live and he can be really hit or miss. I'm envious of you seeing John Hiatt and Leon Russell though.

:laugh2:

Sooner Nation appreciates any support you can offer, even if it is only "pretend".

Lot of horn nation pulling for Oklahoma in this game. They are so like us when it comes to our little brother in Stoolwater. Those sheep muggers are just hated. Anyone playing and beating them is all good in my book.

Cheers bro and have a great evening.

Interesting combo there. Hiatt is a bang up songwriter, in my estimation, just great. Hope the mix spices them all up to a superior brew.

Just the three of them? Their three bands and a seperate 'get together' set? Or is the back up band one of the guys' bands, with the other two sitting in?

That's true. Saw him 2 other times. One early 80's at an all-day festival, was just ok. 2nd time at NO Jazz Festival and he was stellar.

I saw an interview w/ him on CBS Sunday Morning show a few weeks ago, and he's really gone into that retrospective, setting his legacy phase. So I'm expecting A+

I'm pretty sure it's a bit of all-the-above.

There was a PBS Special on here last week from this tour, and it was that way.
