Gregory in trouble? **merged**

If JTT was a good reporter, he would have checked this out, instead of starting his drama BS.

I don't think the two things are related. Gregory has already practiced and he's already played in preseason games. This is something else.

This is starting to feel like Zeke last year with he’s suspended, he’s not he is and then finally when he’s needed the most BAM gone for 6 weeks.
Easy Man! We all(not those self insulated by denial)suffer from abused fan syndrome. From phantom calls to phantom suspensions. This time I think we’re going to be ok.

We better be

Yep.

And no one knows what the "plan" Gregory and the league agreed to. Assuming this is tied to the rumors of him going AWOL last week might not be accurate. For all we know, this meeting today could have been a schedule meeting per his "plan" he and the league agreed to.

Wondering if this is an old tweet from when he was partially reinstated and then got fully reinstated for training camp.

The tweet has the date and time on it. August 30th 10:00 AM

Didn't JJT say he relapsed during training camp? He was talking about it on the radio

He's already gone through that process. And people should know that. He's already participated in both practices and games. This is obviously something different.

Stash you're not correct. They have already said on Twitter this was already pre scheduled and is indeed a part of the reinstatement

And "for all we know", it might be tied to him going AWOL. The fact is that we just don't know for sure, so neither possibility can be ruled out. That's all I'm saying.

If nothing else, the timing is peculiar.

Can you share with me where that is the case?

If you're referring to what was already posted here, that's referencing practices and games. Of which Gregory has obviously participated in and been cleared for already.

The timing is only peculiar because JJT sends out a tweet that makes it sound like he's being taken to the principal's office. And we all know JJT has a history of being a *******.

I'd trust Belt on this more than most because he apparently has been more involved in covering this than other........ and by all indications from him, there is nothing strange or unusual going on here. Maybe Belt is completely wrong on this, but gun to head, I'd trust him here more than JJT.

Hopefully this constant state of flux and worry of suspension brings his price tag down when it comes to resigning our 15 sacks a year RE
:)

This isn't about being a fan of JJT or not. But the fact is that the guy has sources. And he's the only one I've seen who had the info about Gregory having gone missing.

Answer you don't think it's peculiar that a player has a make-or-break meeting a week before the season starts that determines whether he plays or not? Okay...

I'd trust Belt on this more than most because he apparently has been more involved in covering this than other........ and by all indications from him, there is nothing strange or unusual going on here. Maybe Belt is completely wrong on this, but gun to head, I'd trust him here more than JJT.

I don't know enough about Belt or his reputation to make a solid determination over who's opinions should have more credence here. JJT wasn't the guy who started this whole "trouble" story. And for the record, I'm hoping against hope that there's nothing to it. It would be a tragedy if there was.

But like I said, the timing is peculiar to say the least.

Yes!

I hope it's not the doctor that travelled with Burt Reynolds and Dom DeLouise in Cannonball Run. That would be bad.

It’s gonna be like this for the rest of his career. Always random tests, always visiting doctors. He has failed all his chances and now even though he is reinstated he will stay in the leagues “program” for the rest of his career. If he had failed a few less test then he would be out off the list after a year and back to normal in the NFL.
